ARDB is an integrated resource about adrenergic receptors (AR), archetypical members of G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) superfamily, which play an important role in sympathetic nervous regulation and are related to many clinical disorders, especially cardiovascular diseases.

Sequence, structure, mutation and functional data of the components in the adrenergic singal pathways, such as receptors of different sub-types, ligands, G proteins and protein kinases, are collected and organized systematically. In addition, AR-related diseases and clinical AR-targeted drug information are integrated into this resource as important functional components.
